Since ages tribal section of the country is weakest & abandoned in terms of growth & development. Though they have got reservation in every sector be it education or job with the formation and adoption of constitution of India but their condition is still the same. They are not just deprived of education, health facilities, food & shelter but also the awareness of world and its happenings. They usually live in the areas that are completely deserted from the other parts of nation and are untouched from media & technology. Even after 65years of independence, democracy and united efforts for development, tribal segment is left negligent. It was always there in list for providing reservation and creating schemes but never in the list of on ground efforts to channelize the schemes.

Being detached with the technology & civilized society, tribals who actually deserve the benefits of these Governmental Schemes never got the right information and procedure to avail. But these days government is really working hard on growth & development of Tribal. Tribal Welfare Department, Madhya Pradesh is imparting skill development training to 25 thousand tribal youths in 89 tribal-dominant development blocks in 20 tribal-dominant districts. The training is being imparted in 67 trades. A provision of Rs. 47 crore has been made in this year's budget for training program. The training agencies selected under the scheme will be providing jobs to minimum 75% youth trained by them. The training is being imparted mainly for computer operator, hospitality, home appliances, nursing, mobile repairing, domestic appliances repairs, BPO, security guard, engineering, motor driving, etc.

Training is being imparted in the 20 tribal-dominant districts including Betul, Shahdol, Seoni, Khandwa, Shahdol, Khargone, Sidhi, Mandla, Hoshangabad, Anuppur, Barwani, Dindori, Jhabua, Chhindwara, Balaghat, Ratlam, Sheopur, Alirajpur, Dhar and Umaria.
